Who we are.

A self-described “recovering engineer,” Bryce was President and Founder of a previous employer’s first Global Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, and Allies Employee Resource Group. Bryce, described as a "magnet" with "captive" delivery, leverages over 13 years of EHS expertise to bridge the gap between technical risk assessment and the human element of the workplace. Bryce is currently a global EHS Leader at a large tech organization.

For over 20 years, Bill has spoken to groups as an adjunct technical college instructor, corporate safety trainer, and consultant having completed over 100,000 contact hours with adult learners.  He has most recently completed appointments as a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals' Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force, the DEI Summit Task Force, and currently serves on the ASSP Professional Conduct Committee. Bill is the Field Safety Operations Manager at Zoox, an autonomous vehicle company in the San Francisco Bay Area.
